The Contract, in plain terms.

Monthly Tiers

Monthly subscriptions to The Commitment and The Frontier are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

The Covenant Tier

Annual subscriptions to The Covenant are billed once per year. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription or annual renewal. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the annual period.

The Promise Tier

The Promise tier is free and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours, please contact us at billing@cross-hug.com within 30 days. We will review your case and issue a refund if warranted.

Process

To request a refund, email billing@cross-hug.com with your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Paid memberships renew automatically so your access is never interrupted. The Commitment renews every month at $12, charged to your payment method on the same calendar day you first subscribed; The Frontier renews every month at $50, charged to your payment method on the same calendar day you first subscribed; The Covenant renews every year at $1,776, charged on your subscription anniversary. We email a receipt after each charge. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Account → Billing or by emailing billing@cross-hug.com before your next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before a renewal.

Digital Goods (Draft)

DRAFT — pending attorney review. This section covers one-time purchases of digital products: the Covenant Kit, the PVOS Starter Pack, the Complete Bundle, and the three volumes — Volume I — The American Contract: Student Edition; Volume II — The American Contract: Collegiate Edition; Volume III — The American Contract: Facilitator Edition. Each is unlocked for download in your account once payment completes. A refund for a digital purchase may be requested within [OWNER TO SET: refund period] of purchase, by the process in section 05.
