What a facilitator sees.

A teacher, a pastor, a chapter leader: these are the screens you would work from, shown with a made-up chapter so you can see them before you sign up. Every screen below is marked Sample — not real members, and none of its controls work.

The privacy rule

Facilitators see participation and the aggregates. Never a member’s file, value stack or answers.

  • Any group reading drawn from fewer than 3 people is withheld, not shown thin.
  • Per-person coursework progress exists only for schools and districts, and only for participants who opted in. A chapter has none.
  • You see your roster — who you invited and who joined — and nothing about any of them individually. Not their values, not their Standing, not their reflections, not their reading. Cohort readings are withheld entirely until enough people stand behind them to make an average something other than one person’s file.

Roster, Charter panel and the cohort reading

The roster lists who you invited and who joined, with their role and status — nothing more. The Charter panel reads your congregation against the objectives you declared. The cohort reading is an aggregate, and is withheld below 3 people.

Low opt-in shows here as low coverage — it never lowers your score. No single member moves any dimension by more than 25%, so no one can be singled out for the result.
Mission alignment withheld. Your model declares no measure read from mission alignment, so it carries no weight in your score.

Read against your own declared measures on a calendar year cycle, computed nightly from records already held. 2 of 2 measures had a reading. Your weights (1–5) set the balance between measures; no single measure exceeds 60% of the total, and no member contributes more than 25% of any measure. Participation credit counts only members who opted in; the rest is reported as coverage. This measures progress against your own declaration. It is never an assessment of whether your model is sound.

Your charter · your words
This reads your model back to you: your measure names, your targets, your weights, your reporting cycle. The score is progress against this declaration — never a judgement of whether your model is sound, and never a comparison to another institution. Where nothing held here honestly serves one of your measures, mark it not measured here: it is listed and excluded, never scored by a substitute.

Chapter size
Your chapter holds 12 of 50 places.

A chapter place is not a membership tier. It puts you on your chapter’s roster, opens your chapter’s private room, and opens the AI Literacy course in full. It does not let you post in the Fellowship or the Town Square, does not carry a seal, and does not open the Citizen Dashboard — those come with an individual Commitment, Frontier, or Covenant subscription and are unchanged by anything your chapter buys.

Screen 2 · The classroom

Posts and moderation

A private board for your roster. A facilitator can remove a post or close a thread, and must give a reason, which goes on the moderation record. A removed post leaves a marker in its place rather than disappearing.

What the CSV contains

“Export CSV” in the Charter panel downloads this report for a date range, for a grant or a board. Every export is written to an audit trail. For a chapter it is aggregate-only, as the last line says.
