What an employer sees.
An HR lead or a trainer: these are the screens a company works from, shown with a made-up company so you can see them before you sign up. Every screen below is marked Sample — not real members, and none of its controls work.
An employer sees its own training objectives and completion. Never a member’s file, value stack or answers.
- No per-person coursework progress. It exists only for schools and districts; for a company the participant view is refused and the export carries no roster.
- No group values reading. The cohort’s value distribution, tensions and coherence are never computed for a company, at any size.
- No values dimension in the score. A values or alignment measure is never read for a company, whatever its charter says.
- Any group reading drawn from fewer than 3 people is withheld, not shown thin.
Roster, seats and the Charter panel
The roster lists who you invited and who joined, with their role and status — nothing more. Staff seats are bought per seat; employees join with the code and take no seat. The Charter panel reads the company against the training objectives it declared, from completion and assessment records only. There is no cohort reading on this console.
Read against your own declared measures on a quarter cycle, computed nightly from records already held. 2 of 2 measures had a reading. Your weights (1–5) set the balance between measures; no single measure exceeds 60% of the total, and no member contributes more than 25% of any measure. Participation credit counts only members who opted in; the rest is reported as coverage. This measures progress against your own declaration. It is never an assessment of whether your model is sound.
SAMPLEACTIVEPosts and moderation
A company gets the same private board as any organization: only people on its roster can read it. A facilitator can remove a post or close a thread, and must give a reason, which goes on the moderation record.
What the CSV contains
“Export CSV” in the Charter panel downloads this report for your reporting quarter. Every export is written to an audit trail. For a company it is aggregate-only and carries no values dimension, as the last two lines say.
